When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. Send all return, exchange or shipping inquiries to hello@excommunicadoapparel.com.

Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping over $120 for domestic orders in Australia. With international orders we are still subsidizing a large portion of the cost after you pay for shipping. 

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 14 - 21 days for delivery on all international orders. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Exact rate depends on order weight and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.

Returns Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn). All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund criteria stated in the policy.

We offer exchanges on AU orders only.

Sale items marked with FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. There are strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds on FINAL SALE items unless the product is damaged or faulty.
