Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping over $150 AUD for orders in Australia. For all international orders, we offer free shipping over $150 USD.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 6-12 business days for delivery on international orders. For international orders, tracking will update once your parcel reaches the destination country. Exact shipping rate depends on order weight and destination. All duties and taxes are included — no additional charges on delivery.

Returns Policy

We offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for full-priced items that meet the following requirements:

- Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date
- Items must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn)

Items not eligible for return

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:

- Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items
- Items returned without tags or original packaging
- Items that are worn, or have odours, lint, hair, or stains

Items that arrive back to us not meeting these conditions will either be returned to you at your expense or discarded.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items are eligible for a refund or replacement regardless of sale status.
